Terms and Conditions of Use for the ap8my Platform

1. General Terms

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Prohibitions and Restrictions

6. Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting ap8my customer support via live chat or email. Any remaining balance will be returned to the user once all conditions have been met and there are no ongoing investigations.

ap8my reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or threatened the security of the platform.
